Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you submit photos for inspection, those photos are sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis and then discarded — we do not permanently store your photos on our servers.

We store the generated inspection report (text only) so your dossier link remains accessible. This includes the case number, classification, violations, scorecard, and other report fields.

If you complete a payment, Stripe processes your payment information. We never see or store your card details. Stripe may collect data per their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

2. How We Use Your Data

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini API:Image analysis and report generation
• Stripe:Payment processing
• Supabase:Database storage for dossier records
• Vercel:Hosting and serverless infrastructure

4. Photo Handling

Photos you upload are processed as follows:

1. 1.Temporarily stored in your browser (IndexedDB) until transmitted for processing
2. 2.Sent to our server and forwarded to Google Gemini for analysis
3. 3.Stored as data URLs in your dossier record so they appear in your report
4. 4.Not shared with third parties beyond the Gemini API call

Do not submit photos of private documents, other people without consent, or anything you would not want processed by an AI system.

5. Data Retention

Dossier records (report text and photos) are retained indefinitely to keep your shareable link active. You may request deletion by emailing us with your case number. We will remove the record within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Your browser may store dossier state locally (IndexedDB) as part of the inspection flow. This data stays on your device and is cleared after processing.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us with your case number at the email below.
