1. The Service

Bureau of Vibes (“the Bureau,” “we,” “us”) provides satirical AI-generated aesthetic analysis reports (“dossiers”) based on photos you submit. The reports are entertainment products generated by artificial intelligence. They are intentionally dramatic, occasionally absurd, and should not be taken as professional design advice, psychological assessment, or any kind of official certification.

2. What You're Paying For

Paid dossiers unlock the full inspection report for a one-time fee. This includes:

• —Standard Dossier ($4.99): Full report, scorecard, violations, interventions, and a shareable link
• —Priority Intelligence ($9.99): Everything in Standard plus extended psychological profile, budget breakdown, lifestyle conclusions, and comparable cases

All purchases are final. No refunds are issued for completed dossiers. If your dossier failed to generate (technical error), contact us and we will issue a replacement or refund.

3. Add-Ons

Some add-ons listed at checkout (PDF Export, Rebuttal Package, Vibe Twin Analysis, Gift a Dossier) are listed as available enhancements. Features marked as coming soon are not yet delivered at the time of purchase and are sold as pre-orders. If a feature you paid for is not delivered within 90 days, you may request a refund for that add-on specifically.

4. Your Content

By submitting photos, you confirm:

• —You own the photos or have permission to submit them
• —The photos do not contain illegal content
• —You are not submitting photos of other people without their consent
• —You grant us a limited license to process the photos through our AI system to generate your report

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Reports are generated by Google Gemini and may occasionally contain inaccuracies, hallucinated product names, or incorrect price estimates. Product recommendations are suggestions only — verify availability and pricing before purchasing. The Bureau is not liable for any purchasing decisions made based on report content.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Bureau of Vibes to generate content about real people without consent, to harass, bully, or demean others, or to circumvent our systems in any way. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel accounts for violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bureau of Vibes is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to emotional distress caused by accurate psychological reads. (That's on you.)

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the “last updated” date above when changes are made.
